The Timco Solo Woodscrews – Yellow are economic, single thread screws. They are suitable for use in low density wood and man-made boards, for example, softwood, chipboard and MDF. These Timco wood screws are also suitable to use in masonry in conjunction with a wall plug for the mounting of hardware. For example, fischer wall plugs such as the Duopower plugs and UX plugs.
- 25° sharp point
- Double countersunk head to reduce the likelihood of head shear
- 40° deep single coarse thread for a secure fixing with high pull-out resistance
- Wax lubrication for enhanced screw insertion, extra driving torque and higher corrosion resistance
